Why didn't I receive the report I exported?
There are 2 possible reasons why you didn't receive your export report:
1. Your report did not successfully export from Clockwork, or
2. Your report successfully exported but did not successfully make it in your inbox; keep in mind that, although reports are usually received momentarily, larger exports can take some time.
To determine which reason applies to your situation: Go to your Events tab and scroll down to the activity log. If you see a line item referencing your recent export, it means the export was successful and you should update your email settings to accept emails from Clockwork. In the meantime, you can download the report from the link in the activity log simply by clicking on it.
If you do not see your recent export in the activity log, you will likely receive an email from Clockwork notifying you that your report export failed.
