How do I start a new project?
To start a new project:
1. Navigate to your Projects tab. Then, click the green Start a new project button, located on the right hand side of the tab.
2. A new pop-up window will open, in which you can enter the details for your new project.
Complete all required fields. All projects need a Name (ie. title of position to be filled) and associated Company Name (ie. client company name); all other required fields are indicated by an asterisk (*) next to them.
Once you’ve entered this information for a client company one time, Clockwork will pre-populate the information each time you create a new project for the same client company.
Be sure to complete as many fields as possible, whether or not they are required fields, as this is what assists you in being able to leverage your past work down the line!
4. Once you’ve completed all required fields, and click the green Create button. (If this button is grey, not green, go back and ensure that you’ve entered details into every required field; commonly overlooked fields are Speciality and Seniority.)
5. Once you create the project, you will be redirected to the new project so that you can begin your work!
