What is the Position tab for?
The Position tab is where your team should enter client company information, job specifications, and details on the type of candidate your client is looking for.
Entering company background and job requirements is helpful for a number of reasons:
- It allows you to demonstrate to your client that you’re on the same page about the criteria for the position and potential candidates.
- It allows you a script to work off of when you’re reaching out to potential candidates and pitching the position to them.
- If you or any of your team members happened to miss the kickoff call, or want to re-familiarize yourselves with the details of the search, you can come to this tab and get up to speed in no time.
